We provide delivery service in Hong Kong with fees specified below. Order by 2pm to enjoy same day delivery.

Yes, orders placed before 2pm automatically qualify for same day delivery.

*Please note substitution of certain flower materials due to availability may occur for urgent orders to ensure timely delivery. If substitutions are necessary, we will substitute with flowers of similar aesthetics, and of equal or higher value.

You can contact us via WhatsApp at +852 9625 4482 or email cs@graceandfavourhk.com to amend the details of your order no later than 24 hours before your chosen delivery/pick up time.

You may not be able to change the details if the flowers are already out for delivery, but we will always do our best to accommodate whenever possible.

Cancellation requests need to be made no later than 48 hours before your chosen delivery/pick up time. Any cancellations requested by the customer will be subject to a 10% processing fee deduction if such cancellation is possible. If a shorter period of notice is given, a refund will be issued only if we have not started the preparation of your order (including specific flower materials being ordered to prepare your order) at the time when notice is given.

We are sorry that we cannot accept cancellations for customised orders.


Due to the nature of flowers and plants, we cannot guarantee to provide designs/products that are "exactly the same". Just like there are no flowers exactly the same in nature, the shape and form of them will vary; even the same styled bouquets made by the same florist may vary slightly due to seasonality and etc.

Therefore, each of our flower products are unique and slightly different, as they are individually crafted from the best blooms daily. We may use seasonal flowers and foliage which will differ slightly from the ones pictured but will be of the same color and aesthetics, with equal or greater value.

If you have a specific request, please get in touch with us and we will make our best effort to accommodate.

Should the recipient be unavailable at the time of delivery, we will pass your order to a receptionist, colleague, family member, friend, security guard post or leave at the door.

Our delivery waiting period is 15 minutes to ensure timely delivery for all orders, and the customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery information. If we are unable to reach the recipient or the sender, and are unable to leave the order at a secure location after the waiting period, our delivery team will mark the order as "Failed Delivery" - your order will be brought back to our store and we will contact you regarding a re-delivery (with fee) or a self-pick up (free) arrangement. Please note that we will keep the order at our store for up to 72 hours after the original scheduled delivery time. 

After preparation, each of our order has to pass an internal 4-eye check in order to make sure it fits inline with Grace & Favour HK's high quality standards.

However, on the very rare occasion that the flowers are of subpar quality or damaged during delivery, please contact us via WhatsApp at +852 9625 4482 or email us at cs@graceandfavourhk.com with a photo of the flowers within 48 hours of receipt in order to be eligible for a refund or a free replacement at our next available delivery time slot.
