我們於全香港提供送花服務，費用如下所示。下午5點前落單，可享受即日送花服務。
我們每天均有4個送花時段：10am-1pm，1pm-4pm，4pm-7pm 以及 7pm-9pm。您的訂單將在所選時段內送達。

需要特別車輛許可證才能進入的地區或需要遠距離送貨的偏遠地區，如離島區（包括機場、東涌、愉景灣、梅窩、亞洲國際博覽館等）。如果您的送貨地址位於特別許可證區域或偏遠地區，請您在下單前透過 WhatsApp發訊息至 +852 9625 4482 或電郵 cs@graceandfavourhk.com 查詢是否可以安排於您心儀的日期送花。
*極端天氣運送政策 (八號風球或黑雨及以上):
對於八號風球或黑雨以上惡劣天氣當天的送貨服務，我們會在極端天氣預警信號取消後立即安排配送。為保證送貨同事安全，若該極端天氣預警信號維持超過下午2時，則所有當日訂單改為下一個可送貨日派送。

Regular: approx. width 30-35cm
Large: approx. width 40-45cm
Deluxe: approx. width 50-55cm
1. Prepare a clean vase, a pair of scissors, clean water, and flower food if any.
2. Mix flower food with water, following the instruction on the packet.
3. Add the mixed solution or water to the vase.
4. Carefully remove the packaging of the bouquet.
5. Give each stem a fresh cut at an angle.
6. Place your bouquet in the vase. Avoid direct sunlight and keep in a cool and ventilated place.
Please note each of our flower products are unique and slightly different, as they are individually crafted from the best blooms daily. We may use seasonal flowers and foliage which will differ slightly from the ones pictured but will be of the same color and aesthetics, with equal or greater value.
