*Inclement Weather Delivery Policy (T8 or Black Rain or Above):
Orders scheduled on the day will be delivered as soon as the T8/Black Rain signal has been removed; should the signal(s) remain in effect past 2pm, the orders will be delivered on the next available day for the safety of our delivery staff.

Regular: basket 14cm width x 13cm height; flowers width 30cm

1. Prepare some clean water and flower food if any.
2. Mix flower food with water, following the instruction on the packet.
3. Add the mixed solution or water gently into the basket where floral foam is.
Please note each of our flower products are unique and slightly different, as they are individually crafted from the best blooms daily. We may use seasonal flowers and foliage which will differ slightly from the ones pictured but will be of the same color and aesthetics, with equal or greater value.
